Two More Housing Awards from HIA

On Friday evening, our founder and director, Dom Tyacke attended the 2019 HIA iLandscape Sunshine Coast Wide Bay Housing Awards.

HIA presents these awards in recognition of the premium work being undertaken by its members in the residential industry.

We are excited to announce that two qldBUILT homes won awards, across two separate categories.

Hideaway, our fully wheelchair accessible designer home, nestled in the Sunshine Coast hinterland was awarded the Best Specialised Housing Award. This award recognizes exceptional work in homes that have been designed and built to accommodate the special needs of the owners.

Hideaway is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, open plan contemporary home, complete with a 3 car garage, pool, and dedicated rehabilitation gym.

Langsford, our striking modern industrial terrace home in the new Sunshine Cove precinct was awarded Best Custom Build under 500k. Langsford is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom terrace home with a modern open plan kitchen and dynamic two-story design.

These two awards follow on from our success at the Master Builder's Association Awards in July, where Dominic won the 2019 Rising Star Award - which recognizes excellence within the industry.
