2. Design
After we’ve had the opportunity to discuss your vision and brief you on our process for making it a reality, then its time to design it.
Working with our design partners, or your own architect, we guide you through the design process to develop a visual representation and detailed drawings of your dream home.
2. Price
When the design process is complete we will provide you with a fixed price building contract and a comprehensive project specification detailing your inclusions.
3. Construct
Once the contract is signed then it’s over to our team of experienced trades for construction. We take enormous pride in looking after your work site and keeping you up-to-date with its progress.
Stage 5
Move In
Down to the very last detail, we ensure you move into a home that is 100% complete and ready for you make your own. We also provide ongoing support and maintenance services.
