Designed by qldBUILT and DCM Building Design & Drafting, Pavilions Lane was the first of many qldBUILT Spec Homes to go on the market for sale.

Completed in late-2020, this terrace home is full of surprises, featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, home office, 2.5 bathrooms, custom concrete bench tops in the kitchen and living areas, and a feature mono-stringer American oak staircase.

Achieving a sense of spaciousness on a small block (just 150m2) was the challenge, but this was overcome with the creative use of a double-height void at the entrance, 2550mm high ceilings, and half height sectional walls to define spaces.
