Our projects start at $500,000 builds and range up to multi-million dollar dream homes..

The first challenge of any project is making sure your dream fits within your chosen budget.

To overcome this challenge, we work with you during the design and planning stages of your project (Stages One and Two) to balance your vision with your costs, while at the same time, never compromising on quality.

We then provide you with a Fixed Price Contract to build the home you’ve designed, giving you total peace-of-mind and control from the outset.

Variations & Changes

If you decide to change the plan after we’ve signed your fixed price contract, it’s no problem. We simply quote the change you’ve requested and, if you decide to proceed, we submit a contract variation confirming the changes.
