Position Available: Construction Estimator

qldBUILT is a multi-award winning luxury home builder located on the Sunshine Coast. 

Due to unprecedented demand for our services we’re now on the hunt for a skilled Construction Estimator to join our dream team of building professionals.

We’re looking for a Pro Estimator who prides themselves on their accuracy, attention to detail and ability to do their job at the highest level. 

Through developing relationships with contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers, you will become a critical member of our team and crucial to our ability to deliver an exceptional product and customer experience. 

The perfect applicant will have proven experience in:

  • Obtaining competitive, accurate quotes and pricing based on Construction plans

  • Being methodical in maintaining files and records which are accessible by all stakeholders

  • Providing support to Construction Supervisors as necessary

  • Checking quotes against building specifications and approved variations to the highest level of detail

Skills and experience:

  • Solid residential construction knowledge is essential

  • Current Drivers Licence is essential

  • Construction White Card is essential

  • 3+ years experience in similar role is essential
