It’s been a record breaking 12 months here at qldBUILT. The team completed 5 new homes in 2018 and currently have four exciting new projects underway across the Sunshine Coast.
As we approach mid-2019, we wanted to take a moment to look back at our latest completions and share how each home has been designed to meet the diverse lifestyle requirements of their owners.

LANGSFORD
First off is the Langsford home, a chic industrial terrace that combines contemporary design with a dynamic two storey floorplan. The void between the upper and lower levels of the terrace flood the home with bright natural light throughout the day. A modern open plan kitchen, multiple alfresco entertaining areas and a plunge pool provide seamless indoor/outdoor living for the client and their family.
HIDEAWAY
Hideaway Place is qldBUILT’s first fully accessible custom designed home, set in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. The clean structural lines and natural tones on the exterior exude a sense of calm. This contemporary open plan home is fully wheelchair accessible and includes a dedicated wing for the clients rehabilitation gym. Bi-fold glass doors seamlessly connect the living areas of the home with the alfresco area, in order for the client and their family to enjoy the best of their natural bushland surrounds.
Buderim View
The Diddillibah home is surrounded by lush bushland in the new Buderim Rise area. Combining traditional acreage design with a bold and contemporary interior - the Diddillbah home is designed to suit the varying needs of a multigenerational family. Separate wings with a central kitchen, living, dining and outdoor area mean the family have open plan areas to spend time together whilst retaining a sense of privacy in their own separate wings.
EVERGREEN
And last but not least, is the luxurious Evergreen home in the quiet rural surrounds of Glenview on the Sunshine Coast. This spacious home combines contemporary style with rural aesthetic. With hardwood features on the exterior, timber sleepers and dry stacked stone feature walls in the interior, the home blends effortlessly with its surrounds. Multiple indoor and outdoor living and entertaining spaces, including a dedicated media room, ensure this luxury acreage property functions like a contemporary house but feels like a home.
